Kielikoulu Nuevo Mundo coordinates authorised translations between Finnish and Ukrainian for private clients, families, professionals, companies, and organisations.
The service can support official procedures in Finland as well as the use of Finnish documents in a Ukrainian-language context. Before accepting an assignment, we check the document type, its intended use, the required translation direction, and the receiving organisation’s requirements.
An authorised translation in Finland can only be produced by a translator who holds authorisation for the specific language pair and translation direction. The completed translation contains the translator’s confirmation clause and signature. A stamp can be used, but it is not mandatory under Finnish law.
Customers may also search for a certified Ukrainian translation or official translation. In the Finnish legal system, the official term is authorised translation.
Typical Finnish–Ukrainian assignments include:
Schools, universities, employers, and recognition authorities may need translated certificates, diplomas, transcripts, employment records, or professional qualifications.
Names of institutions, qualifications, grades, dates, stamps, and annotations are handled carefully so that the translated document accurately represents the source.
Authorised translations may be required in connection with residence, family relationships, civil-status registration, social services, court proceedings, or other official procedures.
Ask the receiving authority which documents must be translated and whether it requires an original paper translation, an electronic version, a certified copy, an apostille, or another form of authentication.
Send every page of the document, including reverse sides, stamps, handwritten notes, and attachments containing relevant information. If a document is damaged, incomplete, or difficult to read, mention this when requesting a quotation.
Authorised translators have a statutory secrecy obligation. We coordinate the assignment carefully and handle personal, family, educational, medical, legal, and administrative documents confidentially.
