Kielikoulu Nuevo Mundo coordinates authorised translations between Finnish and Russian for private clients, companies, law firms, educational institutions, and other organisations.
Assignments often concern documents issued by authorities, schools, universities, employers, courts, or companies. We review the document’s intended use, issuing country, required translation direction, and delivery requirements before confirming the assignment.
In Finland, an authorised translation can only be produced by a translator who holds authorisation for the relevant language pair and translation direction. The translation contains the translator’s confirmation clause and signature. A stamp may be added, but Finnish law does not make the stamp mandatory.
The expressions certified translation and official translation are also widely used internationally, although authorised translation is the official Finnish legal term.
Typical assignments include:
Finnish authorities, schools, universities, employers, and courts may require a Finnish translation of a Russian-language document. The exact requirement depends on the procedure and the organisation receiving the document.
Provide the entire document, including stamps, handwritten entries, attachments, and reverse sides containing information. Incomplete copies may prevent a reliable assessment or quotation.
Finnish certificates, decisions, educational records, and company documents may require translation into Russian. Acceptance and authentication requirements can depend on the destination country and receiving authority.
Ask in advance whether the authority requires an apostille, legalisation, a certified copy, a paper original, or another form of authentication.
Authorised translators have a statutory secrecy obligation. Personal, legal, financial, and business documents are handled confidentially and only for the purpose of completing the agreed assignment.
Send a complete, readable copy of the document and tell us:
We confirm availability, price, timetable, and delivery before work begins.
